as a child in this service i find myself constantly being ignored by staff and not being heard. i do have staff that listen to me but they can’t do much. aspirehub could be doing much better. They don’t give there young people the support or tools they need. they don’t give children gifts on there birthday or nearly enough grocery money as they should. again as a child in this service it always a different perspective rather than being a youth worker or staff member there.

Support workers don't have the qualifications such as the NDIS card.

Don't understand autism spectrum disorder and the help needed with that.

Staff need more training other than basic cleaning which it not done either.

Support workers spend their day on their phone or watching Netflix not helping their clients.
