Since I started going to this place, I was treated with respect and politeness. All staff are very warm and charismatic people with really good customer service. It's especially a shot out for my practitioner Joseph, whom I chose from the Aspire website. I realised I was lucky because it is hard to find a trustable person in this field who really cares about you and not only about money. In addition, Very dedicated person to his job , a respectful ,amazing listener, supportive by, in fact, providing good resources, self motivation homework , etc. Joseph, is what you are looking for when it comes to highlining the core beliefs foundation and issues that would help you to balance yourself in life.

If you are a customer and have any issues, just remember to treat people with kindness, and it would be reciprocal. They are there to help.

What an unfortunate and soul ripping experience this was with Joseph Demarco - for a health professional that explains himself to be empathetic and non judgmental, I received quite the opposite experience. This was my first telehealth appointment what a waste of $200. I was judged so harshly, he was unprofessional, manipulative and needs to do some more professional development to challenge his bias against women. Avoid at all costs.

I brought my child here cause he was crying. Turns out it was just emotions and needed to learn regulation... a psychologist that can't deal with a childs emotions is pathetic. Get a different occupation

What a beautiful clinic! A welcoming space with a lovely front of house team who always greet you with a kind smile!

What an unfortunate and time consuming experience.

Was given a psychologist at first who acted completely uninterested as they made no effort to develop any connection. However he did ask questions when I briefly touched on something that was extremely traumatic. They were then very insistent that this was the end of their session.

Having spoken to reception both in person and on the phone I was offered a different psychologist, had that cancelled on me the next day without my confirmation. Continued to jump through hoops which was incredibly stressful
