Located upstairs in the plaza. Just at the top of the stairs, near the lift. Got an MRI here. It was my first time, so I was nervous. Decided not to use the headphones to listen to music, but concentrate on my breathing and thoughts. My radiographer made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole session lasted 25mins. Thanks for a good first experience. Also, nice waiting area.

Thank you Dat Nguyen for seeing my 12 year old son. He was very nervous and did not want to come. However your friendly and reassuring manner from the moment we entered your clinic, until the moment we left, put him at so much ease he was a different person when he came out. Furthermore, your confident manner and the way you took time to communicate during and afterwards, put my mind at ease. Absolutely wonderful experience.
The team managed to fit me in for a cortisone injection today last minute and were so lovely.
It was my first one and I’m not good with needles so I was very nervous and the team did such brilliant job keeping me calm- really really appreciated it 🫶🏼

Amazing staff, friendly, very professional and very calming to be around. I've had X-rays, Ultrasounds and Cortisone injections there and I won't think twice about going there for any other test. It's a lovely place to walk into as well.

The staff here are courteous and treated me with a lot of kindness. The service was efficient and my GP got the report well within expected timeframe. The wait time was minimal. I would highly recommend this place if you ever need radiology

Appalling Service!
had a MRI booking for 9.30am for both knees. I was told by the staff member doing the MRI that it will take 15 mins each for both knees. It was quite cold in the room and I asked for a blanket. She said they did not have any blankets, just thin sheets. She covered my upper body with one and covered one leg with another sheet. After 40 mins of laying still, my anxiety kicked in and I was feeling extremely isolated since there was no communication. I had to press the stress button and tell her that I am extremely uncomfortable and I was quite cold. My teeth were shattering from the cold and I wanted a warm blanket. She said she will try to find one blanket and came back with a hot face towel that she told me to hold between my hands to keep me warm and reassured me in 5 mins it will be over. After approximately 20 mins, I started moving because everything was getting stressful and the hot face towel was icy cold by then. She slid me out and I asked her why she was taking so long (1hr) for just 1 knee. She said she was not very experienced and was trying to contact a doctor. This is not acceptable and she could have communicated all this to me while giving me false assurance that it will be over soon. Being still for 1 hr in a very cold and uncomfortable and confined environment is not right. The staff member did not provide the right kind of care and attention. I was extremely upset and left without doing the MRI for other knee since I am not going to be a fool and stay in a stationary position for another hour while shivering.
Looking after and keeping the client comfortable should be your main priority instead of torture. Also, she could have let me know after 30 mins what is taking so long instead of letting me just lay in the MRI machine.
One hour is a significant amount of time to stay still and battle the cold. And the lack of communication during that time has made the experience even worse. I was in a confined space for so long and if I had not pressed the distress button, I am pretty sure I would have been left on my own throughout the process.
And the reason I know I was in the machine for more than 1 hour is when I checked my watch, it showed 10.48am.
Also, I am paying the full amount for the MRI since Medicare does not contribute a single cent. I will not be returning to this place and will be taking my business elsewhere where I am respected and looked after well.

Initially, I had a disappointing experience due to poor service, but I got a call from the Director who was were very responsive and apologized sincerely. The practice took responsibility for the issue, reimbursed me for my troubles and asked me to come back for an MRI for the other knee with no cost involved. I appreciate his efforts to make things right and will give them another chance. Excellent customer service recovery!"

Amazing staff. I was referred here for a scan/injection in my shoulder. A young lady named Eriko initially found a large calcification that had been missed by others for 3 months - a great find as it helped moving forward. My experience here was fantastic staff from every department were polite, professional, personable and just all round good people!

Special thanks to Eriko, Dr Mel Lav and the gentleman that was there for both scans, champions! A great team!

Is there any level lower than 1 star? The place I would never recommend any one. I've experience with an attitude manner from one of their staff who to confirm my appointment to be cancelled due to "I prefer another Dr for my knee injection". Apparently I talked to her, the story go no where, she said "HAVE A GOOD DAY" and hang up. She needs back to school how to handle phone call nicely. 8/9/24 - To respond your reply: I'm writing on behalf my sister D Tr. Her leg is still painful til today after your treatment.
