I've been coming to this practice since 2008. It's a one stop practice for me and my family. I see Dr Miriam for my female issues as well as some quality skin treatments and Dr George for general. They've always treated my kids and I with the best care and empathy. I highly recommend Dr Mariam cosmetic treatments as I've always left happy and not overdone. Dr George is amazing with all age kids and fantastic with general. He also specialises vein treatments. If you are looking for a one stop family practice that covers most aspects of health than this is it.

I went here a few months ago. I was really disappointed with my experience. I was the only patient in the reception area and pretty much the only other person there, except the receptionist and a male doctor. I waited a long time for my appointment and I was feeling really sick just sitting therefore . The doctor acknowledged me and sat me in the room. And then took a phone call from the other room for more than 10minutes, without apology or explanation. I was so fed up, I walked out of the surgery and left. Would not recommend coming here.

This surgery no longer bulk bill
I booked the appointment a month and a half before the appointment. You get there 10 minutes before the appointment, the doctor arrive 40 minutes after the appointment made.
Then the receptionist called me and said the surgery no longer bulk bill after I had been there waiting for 45 mins.
I had abormal pap smear result and never got the reminder from this surgery. Lucky I follow up myself. Otherwise I would have turn out unexpected result or even worst.
I do know the GP is the primary health care front line. It is irresponsible not to inform their patient abnormal result especially pap smear.

Love love love coming here and being in the care of Dr George! I have been coming here since I was a toddler and now I bring my family here!! We live over 25 minutes away and still prefer to come visit him! I always know that we will be properly cared for, he takes time to listen to your concerns and takes the time to thoroughly provide a diagnosis. The wait time just proves this. Those who complain about the wait time, we generally call before hand and also once we are there we go into the shops where the lovely receptionist contacts us to let us know that our Dr is ready for us. At the end of the day you will always wait to see a Dr at any medical or GP centre, it’s the service that’s worth waiting for

WASTED MORE THAN AN HOUR. I made a booking at 2:20 and arrived 10 min early to fill any forms as this was my first visit. I couldn't see a GP at 3:25 for 2min consultation and advised me to visit another clinic. No apologies from the clinic. DONT go if your time is valuable.

I went to see Dr George Nicola to treat my varicose veins. I couldn't be happier with the service and treatment I have recieved from Dr George and the whole team. Communication about the process and the costs involved was fantastic. There were several appointments involved in treating my condition and I left every one feeling very satisfied with the service I had recieved. Thank you.

Waiting times are a bit long occasionally,and the receptionists are rather unfriendly..Needs some improvement overall.This review by me was probably not justified and possibly partly my own fault There was only one person i was not happy with at that time.
I have been going there for a long time and most of that time they have been very helpful to me. Dr.George has been extremely supportive over the years. I adjust my review.

I live above this practice & have been a client for over 10 years due to convenient location. It has gone downhill a big time for general patients since they’ve shifted the focus on veins/cosmetic surgeries which are obviously more profitable. My husband & I have decided to go elsewhere due to mediocre doctors, ridiculous long wait & total disrespect of clients’ time. Our referral letter for a specialist has expired & we need a new one which took only 5 minutes. Anyhow the receptionist booked 2 time slots for us as we came as a couple & we arrived on time. As usual, my first question for the receptionist was how many patients are there in front of us. Dr George was with one at the time & there’s only one vein patient in front of us who went to see Dr Marufa first. The receptionist went personally to let Dr George knows that we’re only there for the referral letter with no advice sought so he could take us in to have it sorted out quickly before the vein patient which will make good sense. However, he chose not to do so & we’ve been waiting for over an hour seeing him in & out of the rooms with the vein patient. We got the receptionist to check if it’ll be finished soon but Dr George couldn’t give a definite answer. To cut the story short he didn’t see us after 1.5 hours wait!!! We saw Dr Marufa was not with a patient so we asked if she could take us in which she eventually did. SO PEOPLE STOP BLAMING THE RECEPTIONIST IT’S DR.GEORGE WHO HAS BAD TIME MANAGEMENT & HAS NO RESPECT FOR PATIENT’S TIME! The receptionist only does what she’s told to do. I’ve seen Dr Marufa before. Nice lady but inexperienced, unsure at times & untidy. As for Dr Morgan, he’s the most computer literate of all but unfortunately he prescribed me the anti-biotics even though I do not have bacterial infection. In conclusion, it’s a below average practice in my book the hygiene standard is also doubtful. Nobody cares to remind/ enforce the rules of mask wearing for patients with heavy cough & they happily spread the germs around.

In response to the reply from Fatima Mansour below, I'm not the patient she mentioned & I arrived just on time knowing that they’re always late. Thanks for her reply now we know there’s another poor Katarina who waited for 1.5 hours & didn’t manage to see the doctor. The receptionist suggested the doctor to take us in first we didn’t initial that. Computer literacy is relevant & we appreciate Dr Morgan for that. He could type up a reference letter quickly unlike others who struggled to type. It’s a save of 10 minutes for the next patient. Messy house messy mind go figure! Of course we see the sign about coughing & masks but the point is the receptionists didn’t enforce the rule. I’ve seen a couple of time patients chose to wait outside the clinic in the open without air-con. just to avoid the coughing people. Nobody bothers to write a detailed review if it’s not that bad. it looks like the practice is taking the approach of denial, blowing own horn or go one step further to accuse the customers. Just sharing our experience & stating all facts for our fellow consumers to consider.
