The staff don’t ask if you have a concession card even though concession box clearly marked on Dr’s script. Then they dispense cheaper alternatives and charge private script full price. Lazy staff, if you enjoy being ripped off then this is the chemist for you.

Been attending this pharmacy for years. Always had lovely staff and pharmacists. Unfortunately, one of their new pharmacists, Woosab, has on more than one occasion been rude, unhelpful, quite demeaning and has no compassion or understanding. He should seek another profession, pharmacists are meant to help people. Will never be attending this pharmacy again!

I have been going to Chempro Chemist since it first opened with Brian.. I will never walk through those doors again, absolutely rude staff, no compassion, or kindness at all, something that Amcal always prided itself on..Even the pharmacist was so unhelpful, such a shame..
