Paulette Walker is an amazing chiropractor! I was first treated for my posture which Paulette was really helpful with - I always left feeling like I could stand straighter and my body felt lighter. Recently Paulette has treated me after a neck/shoulder injury at a time when I’ve also been under a lot of stress. This is when I have really noticed Paulette’s exceptional skill! After each adjustment I have felt so much relief of pain and stiffness and a big positive change in mobility. I have become sick after sessions the next morning as all the toxins have been released which feels like my body showing how badly i needed the reset. I haven’t found anything else that has helped me so much to release stress and built up and unmoving energy, stiffness and pain. I am so grateful for Paulette and would recommend her to anyone (not to mention she is always so friendly and calm), thank you for everything :))

Ashgrove Chiropractic is warm and inviting with a homey feel, that is unlike other clinics, which have very ‘clinical’ feels to them.

I have been seeing Cara for 5 weeks now, and cannot praise her highly enough. Having a condition which results in laxity of ligaments and joints, not only am I generally in pain or discomfort from this, but I am at more risk with manual therapies. Cara’s gentle low-force work, coupled with her holistic approach to the body far surpasses any expectations I had and means that I am in very safe hands. She has helped me invoke noticeable changes in how my body feels, moves, and communicates with itself, and I will continue seeing her indefinitely.

Paulette is the most intuitive and incredible Chiro out there!
I have seen so many specialists over the years and she helped to fix the many ailments I had and get me further along the process of healing than anyone else. I have never had a chiro so precise and spot on with their treatments.
