I took our ten year old pup in for treatment and have nothing but praise for Rachel and her handling of our dog. Colby was calm and relaxed and Rachel was engaging and helpful with exercises to continue at home. Would highly recommend for animal therapy.

Louise is a god send for myself and my horse! She’s the only one who can make my back pain disappear. The team have always been professional, friendly and super helpful.

My daughter has been having treatment with Louise and has experienced nothing but fabulous care and support. On occasion she has also been treated by some of the other physios in the practice who have all shown great professionalism and care. The reception staff are just lovely and make us feel very welcome. 5 out of 5

Recently I visited this business for help, thinking it could be of use to me but alas I got poorly treated by a therapist. I got lectured by a man, whom didn't listen to me at all and he had no ability to create a rapport with me, let alone how to treat any other human being. I will NOT recommend this business. Save yourself the effort and go elsewhere if you want help. In light on my experience, I do not like to give them any stars but I however must give one star in order to be able to post my review.

The practice was not prepared for my injury despite me calling ahead and asking. Did not have tape or brace available, tried to sell me a brace for the wrong hand. Misdiagnosis and overestimated ability to work with hands. Second opinion referred me for further scans and found a clear issue.
