Dr. Mirza is great at solving medical queries and provides helpful advice. However, appointments are never on time, and the waiting can be frustrating. The clinic’s website is not updated, making it hard to get accurate information. When you call, no one answers, and the receptionist has no idea when he will be back. If you have an urgent illness, do not go here, as the lack of communication and long wait times can be a serious problem. While Dr. Mirza is knowledgeable, the clinic’s management needs major improvement.

I recently had an appointment at this clinic, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Despite booking the earliest possible time to avoid delays with the consultation of receptionist a week ago, I still had to wait while another patient, who had an appointment the day before, was prioritized. It seems they do not value their patients' time, and long wait times have become a regular occurrence. We all have commitments and work, yet the clinic does not seem to accommodate this. It’s disappointing, and I won’t be returning. If I could give negative stars, I would. I highly recommend avoiding this clinic. Don’t fall the five stars.

Had a 140pm appointment and showed up on time and checked in on iPad. 20
Mins with no sign of anyone I told the receptionist I was here. She seemed like she had no idea and said you should be next: the doctor had no patients the whole time. 25 mins later I had to knock on the door to say it’s now been 45 mins and he saw me immediately. He had no idea I was there. The appointment was pretty ordinary too. Thankfully bulk billed but will be going elsewhere. He said the receptionist was new but it was terrible service. I asked to be emailed the photos and confirmed my address, they never came. I followed up the next day via email and again nothing. Horrible service.

Worst thing was the doctor said I had some suspicious but not dangerous moles to book another appointment to biopsy. I sought second opinion with a real skin cancer specialist and within 5 minutes he confirmed no biopsy required and they are not at all a concern. I recommend skipping the bulk billing here and go somewhere else

I highly recommend Arys Health which helped me get my confidence back. It was very frustrating and I couldn't control the food. The therapeutic approach helped me lose huge weight in just a few months.

Absolutely terrible experience. Appointment was for 4.30pm, gave up and left at 6pm with 2 people still in front of me.

Do not trust these 5 star reviews. Spoke to another patient who has had 3 appointments with wait times over an hour.

had appointment for 4.50, didn't get seen until 6pm, receptionist just kept telling everyone who checked in it would be a 10 minute wait, the 'DR' if you can call him that was useless an didn't seem to have a clue what he was talking about. waste of time, probably get a better diagnosis off Google or an infant. don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

I have been trying for 2 months to get a prescription for an essential medication. This is the latest of many terrible experiences. I have had to file a report with AHPRA. Strongly advise against this GP.

The doctor was late 1 hour and even tried to push me further so that he can prioritise his new patients. Reception was unprofessional. They changed the fees from $200 as advertised to $250 when charging me. There was no results released after 9 months of waiting. They did not answer their phone for queries.
