the older male pharmacist gave me the best attention ever and explained all my medications to me which put me at ease as i was a bit concerned and had no idea what i was taking my medications for - even labelled what they were for and his younger assistant took my blood pressured and cross checked medications for any possible issues .I never felt rushed even though they were busy so I can highly recommend this pharmacy and hope you have the same great service I had today (19/9/24). Best pharmacy service I have ever had .

Had my free flu shot done today and had a wonderful experience with a bright blonde haired woman, I didn’t catch her name unfortunately. She was very thorough, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and clearly observed my previous vax history as she was able to talk me through it with easy. Great attention to detail, very hospitable and welcoming. Would definitely recommend her

Pharmacy assistant rude, short tempered, I was cut off early, told they are busy and to call back another time. I work and have limited availability to call, and purposely didn't answer there phone calls. Plus unable in to order in medical products that other pharmacies are, won't be coming back here, what a joke.

Very disappointed with the service I saw today. Pharmacy Assistant was rude, didn't greet my or ask any questions when handing in my prescription. She took my script and just walked away. When picking up my script, found they had provided RAT tests under my concession card without asking. Was given no choice, no counselling or care on picking up the medication either. Seems they didn't care..

Sign outside chemist says they price match yet today we went to buy zaditen eye drops and asked them to match chemist warehouse price of $20 . Their price was $26.99, she said the best could do was $24.
Thats fine but dont have a sign up that says you price match when you dont.
