I highly recommend Artius. I found I was able to get an appointment easily and I found admin gave us options to help get a diagnosis for my son. Keith has been a great asset in observing my son and completing a report which aided in a diagnosis for my son. I would highly recommend Artius and I will continue with them to get the help my son needs.

I wanted to switch to a different psych and was told by admin, that I had to pay $800 to send MY file with MY information on it, to a different psych. When I asked admin if there was someone else higher up that I could take this up with (as I was appalled), they hung up on me. We pay your bills and you exploit us mentally ill. Count your days Artius.

Wasn't a good fit, so we terminated services, then the threats of legal action started over invoices for appointments that were never asked for or booked. Not to be trusted, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

1 star. I Originally booked an appointment here for the 19/08/21 which was cancelled and rescheduled an hour before, to today, the 2/09/21. Upon calling to tell them I would be running a few minutes late, I was told my booking doesn't exist plus I wasn't in the system anymore. I was also told I would have been sent an appointment cancellation weeks before which I never received. Since being stuffed around I've decided to go elsewhere. Probably the worst place to be referred to. You could be in real trouble and still wouldn't get an appointment.

My dealings with Admin are extremaly discusting. He is rude and wont listen to what is being said am considering changing venues even though happy with the physiologist we are seeing. Can someone tell me how i can report him as he is telling me he is the manager.

I enquired about child psychology, smooth process for appointment. Four days out I called multiple times to call and change the appointment, left messages no one called back. They were happy to collect a payment even though I told them we couldn't attend and if anyone had received my message, the receptionist didn't acknowledge my questions just wanted payment and didn't enquire if we needed a follow up appointment. Poor customer service and had the cheek to ask months after a failed appointment to see I we wanted to use there services again, not likely.

My son Ashton has been going to see David at Artius since May, Ashton has built a really good rapport with David and enjoys his sessions. The reception has been helpful and accommodating with all our needs. I highly recommend this clinic.
