I adore the ladies at Artisan, especially my therapist, Tina, who seamlessly weaves professionalism and personal connection with her warmth and humour. We always have interesting chats and it makes the experience so enjoyable. She doesn’t try to force treatments or products on me like other places and allows me to set a schedule for what I feel is right for me. Artisan have also kept price of my particular treatment the same now for quite a few years, and the birthday bonus is very generous. Thank you ladies, love your work! See you next time xx

Great staff and treatment options, I always get compliments on my skin appearance. I have been going to Artisan for many years. I like the fact that the staff who perform the treatments have medical training, they are doctors and nurses so I know that I am in good hands. My favourite treatments are needling and clear and brilliant. Today Jess and Tram looked after me, they were very welcoming and attentive as always, they even stayed longer to accommodate me. Highly recommended.

Artisan Bruce and the staff are all absolutely wonderful! There is not a single thing I can fault about this clinic, the staff are amazing, the clinic is modern, welcoming with a calm and serene environment and the customer service from all staff is extremely high. Tram who did my treatment was incredibly kind and friendly, she made me feel completely at ease and was so gentle I barely felt anything. I would recommend Artisan to absolutely everyone looking for a high quality aesthetic clinic

Artisan Bruce is a friendly and lux experience. You are welcomed warmly and ushered into a beautiful waiting area. Preet was amazing and carried out an extensive consultation and the Genesis facial was so nice. My skin looks amazing and I only had the treatment 3 hours ago!

I took a special trip to the Artisan Aesthetic Clinics in Bruce and I was so happy to report that my visit couldn't have been better. The front of house service was warm and sublime and those working on my treatment both made me feel very comfortable while also proving to be highly knowledgable within their field. I count my lucky stars that I got to be treated by such experts and I won't hesitate to keep taking those long drives to see the girls at Bruce! Highly recommend the Dual Fraxel.

I recently visited Artisan for a peel with Preet K, unfortunately it did not go well.Immediately after the peel, I noticed significant redness and irritation, which only worsened over the next few days. My skin started to blister in certain areas. I’m really disappointed because I’ve only had great experience with this clinic. Specially with Alex and Nurse Tram.

Great luxurious feel when arriving. Reception staff really lovely. Nurse was great and she explained the process for Botox, there is no pressure in your consult to proceed if you want to think about it or you can have it on the spot after the consult if you choose to. You receive a call to check-in the next day and ensure you’re ok and you don’t have any questions and have a check up 2 weeks post (complimentary) to see how the medicine is working and if the dose was right. I was very impressed.
