I had a really great experience last winter with a Flu study. It was super easy, quick and the staff was super efficient. The nurse practitioner Amber did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and that was comforting. I would definitely come back next winter for a different study based on my experience!

I have been a patient with Ark for multiple studies in the last few years now (COVID vaccines/treatments, flu vaccine) . Each visit and experience has been wonderful. The staff is super friendly and professional. They always move quickly yet efficiently. The NP, Amber is very good at explaining everything, which made me feel comfortable.

During my visits I have worked with Yamil, May, and Ayra. They are a wonderful team that works well together. I've recommend several friends to their clinic for studies, all of which have had similar experiences. Thank you for the great work and contribution to medical evidence!

Went for the clinical trials for the Johnson and Johnson covid shot back in 2020. NP Amber was very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to get my vaccine and card ready to go for when I traveled.

Research Coordinator she says I have HIV. I had a horrifying experience with this company. I went to get tested at planned parenthood and at my original doctors after she told me I was positive. My doctors and the planned parenthood says I’m negative. They still won’t let me be a client they are basically saying their results are more accurate. Terrible terrible experience. Will not come back here. What a waste of time and energy.

Very disorganized. I was the first appt of the day and several mishaps with communication. They forgot to send the info to me ahead of time so my intake appt took longer than expected and I asked if I could take a 15 min break. This was in response to the fact that my appt was going to take 90 min longer than expected. When I came up in the same elevator with several people for the next round of appts - very rude person told me that I had to reschedule or wait until all of the other people had finished before me. I tried to explain what happened and that none of this was communicated to me and their staff actually yelled at me that I had to wait my turn. By the way I was patiently waiting before this and witnessed two other people complain about the wait times. Turns out they had 10 people waiting for their appts and only 4 exam rooms and they had WAY overbooked for the day. No bathroom in the medical suite, and only a couple folding chairs in the waiting hallway. I left a voicemail msg for the program administrator and never heard back. Huge waste of time and very disorganized. So… FYI if you are considering this…
