Awful place. Long wait, was asked to leave the doctors room so she could have a phone call for 15 minutes 2 minutes after being called in from our 40 minute wait. The dr was very incompetent she couldn't understand what i was saying and she made my 2 year olds mouth bleed from being so rough with the stick checking her throat. I was disgusted. And then the rude reception staff wanted to argue with me when I questioned the drs decision to charge me extra for a long consultation- that she caused by kicking us out of the room while she had her phone call.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I will never go back and I don't recommend anyone does.

I can only say: Thank goodness that I changed to the Argyle Medical Centre. The doctor I visit there is the most proactive one I have seen in many years. Upon a thorough medical examination and tests I was promptly referred to specialists. The physical examinations and questions are extensive each time I attend the clinic and all follow up treatments, pathology tests, etc have been carried out following major surgery to ensure there is no recurrence. Doctors in the clinic are prepared to spend time with their patients which is an important feature to me.They instil confidence and I consider that I am getting the best possible medical attention. The receptionists are always friendly and efficient on the phone and in person. I highly recommend this clinic.
That doctor, Dr Natalia Peker, is now at the Goldsmith St Clinic,in Goldsnmith St, Goulburn, so I now go there to see her.

Where do I begin? Well, the office staff are absolutely reprehensible. They never look like they are having a good day at the office, they are always rude and brusk to patients both in person and on the phone. And for some stupid reason, the doctors and staff refused to give me a copy of my own medical records without threatening to charge me $140 for them.

The level of care received is a joke. I wasn't even allowed to see my blood test results and was assured everything was "normal" and I was just fat, needed to lose weight and would feel better. No one actually addressed any of my concerns or the fact that I was putting on weight despite 8 hours of exercise a week and a reduced calorie diet.

They also cannot keep doctors on staff for more than a year at a time. Doctors come from the cities for the Rural Pay they receive and then move back to Newcastle or Sydney.

Don't waste your time, money or sanity going to this nightmare of a practice.

The doctors are the best they go above and beyond too make sure they find out what is wrong always give you a copy of your blood test results or xrays. I would never go too any other doctor's and I'm sad that the doctor I have been seeing is leaving he will be greatly missed by myself and my family. DR Maufuod you will be missed by all but understand that your family and health come first we wish you all the best for the future Tara Graham and family

It’s was my first time visit after 8 year I guess , so everything was goods , the staff ladies are nice and honestly. And Dr maimum she was nice person and polite. I forward to see her again. I like the way the half of payment transfer to my account quickly the same day I pay the bill, wow.

I have been visiting the Argyle medical centre for over 20 years. The doctors and staff are great, polite , compassionate, friendly. Dr Constantin is a gentleman. The best.

I have had nothing but hassles with this medical centre. The difficulty in getting information out of staff and inconsistency of information coupled with the abrupt and unfriendly service from reception has left me with no confidence in using this practice as a quality care provider.
