Dr Lee is very knowledgeable and a very kind practitioner. He’s very experienced in diagnosis. However the staff at the counter (I’m referring to both the ones working on Mondays and Saturdays, but the one called Emily is the worst in my opinion) is simply a shame to this medical centre! They didn’t really want to answer questions and always reply impatiently. I understand the place could get quite busy sometimes but i don’t see the reason why they can’t speak nicely especially when working in a medical setting. Patients come here mainly to seek relief of discomfort but in end the get fed up by the counter staff ‘s appalling service attitude. Not only It’s unfair to the patients, but Dr Lee’s medical profession.

This is the usual family doctor that I go to. Best thing is no appointment required here unlike other GP. Just walk in and Dr Lee is very knowledgeable.
