The massage ladies were lovely but I wouldn’t recommend going here if you are after a relaxing massage. It’s also very pricey for what was offered. It was $380 for a couples massage for 90 minutes. I could have gone anywhere else and paid less and would have had a better venue and massage. The venue was super cold and although the room was comfortable enough as pictured, the bathroom was not clean. The masseuse were both very rough handed and although nice enough, it didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing at all. I was also knocked around a bit as well in the head while getting the massage, there was no flow whatsoever and the use of the hot stones was the worst part of it all. It was like they’ve never given a massage before, really rough handed. They literally just rubbed really quickly the hot stones all over the body instead of using them to massage like you get at every other place I’ve been at. Honestly avoid. I would like to say something nicer cause they were lovely ladies, but seriously go elsewhere. I only booked here because everywhere else was fully booked. I don’t mind paying a big fee if it means it’ll be a good massage and venue, but for that price I was extremely disappointed.

After seeing the reviews here I became quickly concerned about this business . I tried to call them no answer , no confirmation email after booking etc . I needed to cancel and gave over 24 hours notice and they would not give me a refund . They said it stipulated in their policy’a yet I cannot find it . I asked them for it and they didn’t reply or send it to me . This is a shonky business and if I was you I would not book here . Find something else . If I could give a 0 star rating I would .

If there was less than 1 star I would give it to this place .
Arriving on time I called the mobile number on front door and was clearly greeted by a differnt person upstairs , no one else in site and a shock to find only one woman to massage us as a couple massage was booked .
We had the most traumatising massage experience on Monday the long weekend.
This place is a scam and run by inexperienced massage therapists , from the moment we walked in it was dark and disorganised, unhygienic and bizzar
greeted by a woman who spoke no English made it impossible to communicate, we booked for Couples massage and found out that it was just one lady rushing from me to my partner intermittently to get us both done , like it was some race to the finish line .
The woman was profusely sweating and it was dripping on us , the hot stones were so hot they burned our skin and when we complained she just pretended to blow cold air on them , she insisted to put wheat bags on our eyes that were well over burning temp .
She didn’t understand when we asked her to apply less or more pressure and constantly was clumsy dropping the great big rocks on the ground .
She answered her phone while massage was underway and kept leaving the room stomping around , the room was rickety and the massage table was just about ready to collapse as it was unstable .
The massage was random and very rushed , my partner has bruises and cried when we decided to get up dress and leave .
I could go on all day about this traumatic experience and by no means will recommend it .
I demand a refund and explanation before I report this place to council .

We had a couple pamper massage & facial. Very great service, but the room is a tad bit dull, could do it a little more light.
The massage was lovely, the facial was basic. Wish they did more of a pampering on the facial as well as the deep tissue back massage. Found it on our three day stay at the hepburns. Would totes recommend.

Absolute worst experience ever. Booked for a massage 3 to 4 months in advance and never received a booking confirmation or reply. Have followed up tirelessly to only be sent a screenshot of my receipt. I have tried contacting them regularly over the past week to confirm my booking that is due in five weeks time with no success. Have tried calling all phone numbers on the website that don’t connect, demanded a refund and cancelled my booking that is scheduled for five weeks time (and what do you know they replied finally saying they don’t provide refunds). My concern is they only have online bookings and don’t accept bookings in any other way so they take your money/deposit up front, but I am concerned it may not be a functioning business. Be wary and choose somewhere else for your massage. Very disappointed and such activity should be not allowed. Will be making a full complaint and investigation to consumer affairs.

Great massage service in regional areas! I get the deep massages, therapist here was very professional and always makes me feel comfortable. I am a DIFFERENT PERSON when I leave there and helps me so much with my mobility and mental health. Relaxing rooms too. Would always recommend this business!

Do not recommend this place at all. I had a gift voucher for a massage and booked on line. I turned up on time 10.30 am and no-one there. I called and no response for nearly an hour only to be told they won't be there till after lunch. I said your kidding I've driven over an hour to get here. I rang to confirm my appointment and was told all good. No apologies I asked for refund and had to wait a week terrible service
