RECEPTIONIST has the worst service ever!!! Booked in for 12nn arrived at 11.45 as my son some stitches to be remove after biopsy. my son ringed me 1.44pm told me he was still waiting, I asked approximately what time he would be called we have 2pm appointment with another dr at RDH. Receptionist said he has 3 more people ahead of him. I ask if we could just come back but said NO. So I cancelled my appointment to another Dr at 2pm. And the receptionist knows I cancelled because she never gave us the option to return or book the following day. Me son had lunch at 2pm ringed again at 2.32 as he had lunch and told me they went past him. I said we were waiting but said cant have appointment anymore despite her knowing we cancelled another appointment just to attend Arafura clinic. Never ringed at all or just the option to be booked the same day. NO COMPASSION AT ALL! Doctors were good but receptionist service was the WORST EVER!

But I realized in order for a human to serve this worse, she is unhappy and misirable. I just hope you find happiness and fulfillment in life. Blessings.

Dr Bell a visiting locum GP brand new to the Territory showed how good practices can attract and look after amazing young Drs. His respectful empowerment of a paitent's own health journey and skills in supporting holistic approach to health care is a welcome change rarely seen in the north. We need more locum doctors like him.

Rude receptionist. Have to wait an hour or more to be seen by doctors. I had to cancel my appointment due to this and receptionist doesn’t seem empathetic, no apologies at all. She shouldnt be in this career if she doesn’t care about patients

Was great up until recently.
Seems to be just another doctor who doesn't believe in Chiropractic services even though I mentioned that it's helping me immensely, not to mention the arrogance that came with their decision as to why they won't refer me to them. Thanks heaps for putting your patient first...NOT.
My chiropractor has been more help the doctor here, than these clowns at Arafura medical Zuccoli.. Time to find new doctor that shows compassion and understanding, instead of ignorance and arrogance.

Not happy. Needed an appointment. Searched online to find one open. This one had one appointment free so I booked it. Received a message to confirm my booking, and the next day a reminder email came and advised me to arrive 15 early. I drove from Dundee to be on time (the 15 earlier then my appointment) only 5o find the doors locked and no one visible. This is totally unaccepted and unprofessional.
I don't recommend any Arafura Medical Centres as they aren't interested in patient care, it's all about ripping govt off and lining their own unprofessional pockets.
