The staff were smiling and greet you as you come in the door, very happy, caring and really helpful throughout the entire experience especially when you're already dealing with these issues yourself they just put you at ease, fitting a custom plastic moulded arm brace also explaining the exercises and the plans moving forward. A really good experience. Thank you.

I have been seeing Helping Hands for about 7 months now and have used both their North Shore and Pimlico facility.

If you have any hand/arm pain, this is THE place to go for when seeking treatment and care. The OTs and Hand Therapists are very well trained and have a different level of experience when it comes to working with hands. I had ongoing hand pain which my original physio looked at and was able to diagnose, but when I came to Helping Hands, the OT was able to confirm exactly what was wrong (nerve irritation) and what areas were affected. The treatment and care I have received here has been excellent. Reception always replies to emails within a timely manner and my OT communicates well with my GP and Orthopaedic Surgeon to give them regular updates. They also have a range of supports available for your hands/arms/fingers (even tiny finger splints!) and treatment is offered with a range of options from massage therapy, heat packs, flexbeam treatment, wax baths and you are also given range of tools for ongoing exercises.

Since coming here, my hand pain has become more manageable, and I'm able to go through and do more things than I have before. Although my treatment is ongoing, I'm confident that I will continue to receive a high level of care from the team at Helping Hands.

First time at Apricus health and it was very positive, Alex the therapist was a great help and showed true concern for my injuries making sure to get everything I needed to start recovery and filled me in on everything I needed to know until my next appt happily. Came for a few months due to a hand injury, the team working at Apricus is by far one of the most professional and caring experiences I have ever had with healthcare. The recptionists were always lovely and accomodating. The therapist I was paired with Alexandra was great, very professional, always giving her best when it came to wound care, scar management, rehabilitation exercises and checking in with what was working and what wasn't. Cannot reccomend this place enough. 10/10
