I've just recently been put with APM myself but had heard that they were super helpful and friendly and actually listened took their time so I've had the pleasure of dealing with 2 staff Bree who has been absolutely amazing, helpful clear communication if I don't understand something I do not feel judged like I use to when younger. She's not just another robot. Also Chanel who helped get me all set up and went out of his way to assist whilst Bree was away. Really appreciate the support and communication I get from them
