Shocking!!! These people need training in Mental Health and people skills. They have no listening skills at all and would rather feed thier egos than genuinely show empathy, understanding and support. They go through a lot of staff which I put down to poor management and lack of training and standards of staff they employ. If you are referred to these people by Centrelink, my advice is ask to change your service provider because these people are HORRIBLE

I was referred here once unfortunately...I was spoken to like an animal by some crabby woman on a power trip with a bee in her bonnet. I tried to ask questions/ engage conversation with her like a normal person but she kept interrupting me by aggressively talking over me and yelling "IVE ALREADY TOLD YOU" needless to say I requested a transfer immediately

I have already reported this office to APM head office for a pathetic LACK of customer service. Next complaint will go to the government department who pays these clowns.
You do know you can change your disability provider. Take your business elsewhere! Eventually they might get the message.

They were great a few years ago; used to go out of their way to help people get work, but since the system changed, they're become lazy. There is a huge difference in the natures of the people working there, all they care about is if you're doing whatever you need to do in order to get the dole. They get paid, they don't really care.
Enabling living off the dole is not helping!

If you go to this Employment agency be prepared to get Penalties, and Spoken down to like a Toddler, If they do this just ring the Employment services line and get a transfer because they aren't trained with people with disabilities.
