Both my husband and I visit AO Massage at Findon regularly. The staff are all very friendly and the massage expertise are really good. The staff are experienced at finding and working on trouble spots (such as my shoulders and arms) and I always walk away feeling relaxed. AO Massage is a real little gem in Findon if you want a decent massage at a very reasonable cost.
