I needed to visit the clinic this morning for a non life threatening issue, but one I wanted dealt with before the working week began. It was my first time. Other members of our family have had positive experiences and I have to agree. My issue was dealt with quite quickly. I needed a CT scan which was performed next door and was very quick and convenient. The staff were all friendly. I'd recommend the clinic.

I had a great experience at this clinic during my iron infusion. All the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I especially want to thank Nurse Janet — she was so welcoming, warm, and caring throughout. Her friendly presence really made a difference.

I got a burn on Good Friday and felt completely helpless, not knowing where to go for help. I called the nearest Medicare urgent care clinic, but they told me the wait would be at least two hours. I found Angel Care on Google Maps and quickly called to ask if I could come in. The nurse kindly told me to come straight over. When I arrived, they immediately checked my burn and directed me to the bathroom to run it under cool water while I waited to see the doctor. I’m so grateful to the entire treatment team for their quick response, care, and for genuinely checking in on how I was feeling. Thank you all so much.

Highly recommend Angel Urgent Care.
I was searching to get iron infusion treatment as unfortunately the initial clinic I went to don't have nurses available for an immediate treatment so they booked me for a month's appointment which was quite late.

I even went to a public hospital emergency,waited 4 hours,only to be told by a doctor that they don't have nurses available after hours so unfortunately I got home without receiving treatment.

I almost lost hope thinking I would never get an immediate iron infusion treatment from anywhere else.

The following day I looked up Angels Urgent Care on Google and gave the clinic a call and the lovely receptionist answered me and told me she would discuss with the clinicians and get back to me.

Only 5 minutes after,I was informed that I am good to go,I was then booked for the iron infusion the same day.I'd say well done to her for being very polite,quick in organising my bookings in a timely manner.

I was welcomed by more than one staff when I arrived.I got my treatment as soon as I walked into the clinic, didn't have to wait for long.The energy and environment is very friendly,calm and peaceful.

The lovely , friendly,experienced and highly skilled nurse gave me the iron infusion without complications.The doctor was very polite and friendly.

I am happy I finally got the immediate iron infusion treatment.Now all my anxiety is gone.

The staff are very friendly,polite and professional.They are my angels and they came to my immediate rescue.
They truly live up to their name brand "Angels Urgent Care".

I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs urgent emergency related care and I give them 5 stars.

The nurse and staff were great to deal
and made me feel very comfortable during the iron infusion process. The doctor and nurse also ensured they had given me all the information about the symptoms and risks. All went fine, and I was looked after well.

Urgent care is where we should go when injured but not life threatening. People, let’s keep the pressure off the hospitals. I’ve been here before when my daughter had sports injury 2 years back. Today was my turn after coming off my bike. 😊 So scans and X-rays and dressings, great medical professional crew, my thanks to everyone! I’ve lived in many other countries - we are so lucky here in Aus with the systems we have.
