Thanks so much for looking after me while I had a bad case of pneumonia! I am back shooting weddings and family portraits and feeling so much better thanks to all your help!!! I appreciate the personal visits while I was in hospital too to check up on me. Just love the service all round! Thanks!!! Oh, and when I could finally eat again, that roast chicken and veg meal was THE BEST!

Dr Glaetzer is fantastic doctor . Caring, thorough and explains everything .
All reception staff are friendly, helpful and good at their jobs . And and not to forget the wonderful nursing staff who go all out to make you comfortable and fix you up when needed.

Whilst the drs and nurses are always lovely and extremely professional, I’m sure it must be part of the hiring criteria for the reception staff to be rude and condescending. Once again I’ve been spoken down to and treated rudely attempting to make an appointment over the phone. Huffing and puffing and speaking over me for no reason. I actually dread calling because of how you’re treated and spoken to.

The admin staff at both AMC locations are so kind and helpful and I have enjoyed my interactions with all of the nurses and doctors that I have met. They are knowledgeable and clear when sharing information and thoughtful in their treatments. The opportunity to get a repeat script with a very quick phone consult is a game changer.

Lovely staff on reception. In the past, I have found it difficult to find a GP who is thorough and genuinely cares about your health and well-being. I'm in my early 50s so a few things have started giving me grief (aches and pains etc). The Doctor I saw yesterday was so thorough, explained things so well. I didn't feel like he was "rushing" through the appointment! I'm very happy.
