I've been with Doctor Sham for over 20 years, now, after a conversation with the receptionist there I was informed that the practice is happy to transfer my records to a new dentist. Clearly, the receptionist is happy to lose patients and doesnt seen to care that being pompous and putting blame on customers isn't acceptable behaviour. If you cancel an appointment that you shouldn't have, the least you can do is just apologies, rebook it, and not try and tell the customer it's there own fault. So I guess I'll be looking for a new dentist, which is a great shame.

As a new patient I was warmly welcomed to the practice by the reception staff. My dentist Charles was friendly, explained all the procedures and was very professional as was his assistant. A great first experience I am very happy with the service I received.

I found Dr Michael Shams, Penny and his entire team to be absolutely brilliant at Anchorage Dental Care in Mindarie. Michael’s attention to detail, compassion and artistry is the best I have seen.

I had 8 Veneers done on my front top teeth and the process was flawless.

If you want a Dentist that puts you first, is extremely gentle and is exemplary at what he does then look no further and see Dr Michael Shams. Highly recommend this practice.
