Very professional. Can't wait to get my custom sleeping ear plugs. A worker always stands out the front offering free hearing tests and I had no idea they did custom ear plugs for sensitive hearing. So he explained everything and we did a hearing test and booked an appointment for a custom mold and it was all extremely easy and straight forward. Expect up to 2 weeks for your custom plugs to be made and returned to the store. But Iam more than happy for the whole process.

Service exceptionally poor and wasted my time. Told them had an appointment after this one and ensured I had arrived early. 45 minutes later it still hadn't started and that was after 3 weeks of phone calls to ensure I was coming. Needless to say I won't be back anytime soon.

The staff never listen to the problems their customers have. The head office isn't any better. I was scammed into getting hearing aids that rarely work and isn't compatible with my mobile phone.

All in all, avoid them like covid
