All round bad experience. Poor systems in place. No continuity of care. Poor food. Staff are 'nice', but (many, not all) don't do their job properly, and there is little accountability. Rehab not available to help those who have been sick get back on their feet. Medications given to wrong resident. Bed sheets not changed for 12 weeks after entry - until resident changed own sheets. A complete disaster for my parents and my family.

Bit sad that I put a 2 star rating on and write review around Xmas and it has been deleted already. Some staff take no notice of entries made in Diary made by other staff members. Thanks
