Excellent care. From the first moment, they showed interest in every detail. Dr. Dugas answered all my questions, explained the entire examination process and the results to me. The nurses ( Kristine) were delicate, patient and very attentive. The entire place was very clean and all the equipment is in perfect condition. I couldn't go to a better place to take care of my health in one of the most difficult times. Thank you all !

My visit was for an acute minor injury to my eye at 9:30 on a Monday night. Waking in, I was happy to see the facility was tidy and clean. The staff was quickly attentive upon checkin. I wasn’t sure if they were in my insurance network, and the front desk assured me they were. That helped alleviate some of the stress as I was worried about a large out-of-network copay. I was promptly taken to the back and attended to by the nurses, techs and nurse practitioner. Everyone was warm and communicated thoroughly. I was seen, diagnosed, treated and back home in an hour; and that included stopping by the 24hr pharmacy to grab my medicine. 10/10 would recommend. Will go back if I ever need to.

I received excellent care at this facility. It was at 4:00 am in the morning and they had a full staff ready. It was close to home and received treatment right away for upper respiratory problems as I wasn’t able to sleep. Realized I couldn’t wait until morning to go to my doctor. I highly recommend Dr Deed and the staff there.

Well, I chose this place because it has great reviews however, it was a different experience when I went. The front desk lady, Tiffani? Was rude. We just came for an X-ray and it took 3 hours. Stuck in a room for, what felt like, forever. I should've taken her to Tomball Hospital, it's been way quicker than this place. There is about a thousand nurses and staff there too, but they didn't look like they were doing much. They also send out their X-rays to be ready which apparently takes hours. Some of the rooms were filthy. The intake room had dust falling off the walls. Gross. Skip this place, go to a regular ER. They are quicker and ready x-rays right there. Disappointing. Won't go back.

The medical at this clinic/ER was excellent. I have been in healthcare 55 years. The quality of medical diagnosis was outstanding. Delivery of care was excellent to outstanding. What stood out the most which is almost non existent these days was that the patient was educated about the rationale for tests and the procedure. Physician was seasoned and demonstrated superb judgment. Thank to all from those at reception to those delivering any level of care.

My daughter injured her finger this morning and we took her to your nearby facility. I was initially apprehensive, as other ERs and urgent care centers can sometimes have a cold or unfriendly atmosphere. However, your staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They made me feel at ease and provided excellent care for my daughter. Thank you for your compassion and professionalism.
