Went in on a Saturday morning. There was only one lady working, I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly kind and gentle while drawing my blood. Her sweet demeanor put me at ease, and I barely felt a thing!

The lady who did my blood work was very patient and very kind with me. I drove here from Pasadena because the reviews here are much much better and they were right.

My husband and I went to this lab first time. Sarah did a great job. She was friendly and had good attitude. We were glad to have her service . She is a very professional phlebotomist.

The phlebotomist there is too rough and too aggressive. The way she look for a vein first is to slap my arm too hard for 8x and the way she put the needle getting in and out is too fast not too gentle and probing too much. I am a phlebotomist myself for 10 years in a hospital and laboratory draw station setting but the treatment there is not satisfying. Not recommend going there because of bad experience. No offense ABC lab but your phlebotomist there is rude and demanding. 2 thumbs down and 1 star rating or should i say 0 stars
