Recent move to local area. Customer service is excellent for scripts and all other products. Helpful and knowledgeable, happy to order some items in.

Been few times recently I went there wait was massive and lady pharmacist served me and a another guy came in and said
My script was early but on script it says the day it’s meant to be dispensed. But she wouldn’t stop complaining about it honestly I’ve never had problem with it before that medication and I put my other script in which was 1 day early because I can’t drive or even walk properly I’ve had 6 surgeries and had massive injuries in 3 different parts of my body which live miles from another chemist . Which they know this it is even on record because been there few times a lady that served was lovely and I brought in my document from doctor explaining my situation . It’s embarrassing been treated like that I’m so pissed that don’t want to go in pick my scipts up that left on file . U should fire they new staff and get staff that they to help people not create problems

Their staff are absolutely amazing. Aaron, Princy & Rebecca are FANTASTIC pharmacists, rest of the staff in store are always friendly, super helpful and they genuinely give a damn, which is hard to find these days ❤️

The Team were amazing . I went in for my whooping Cough injection and Bec the Pharmacist was the Best Vaccinator I have ever had. I didn't even know she had administered my vaccine and it was already over. Both Bec and Kate were extremely helpful and I would highly recommend them for any of your Health care needs.

I was assisted by a very kind and knowledgeable blond lady, I think her name was Simone. She patiently answered all my questions about a specific decongestant and provided all the advice I needed. The pharmacy staff were friendly, and the store was clean and well-organized. Overall, a great experience!

Went in to Amcal Ormeau and was immediately impressed. Store layout is nice and easy to find what I was looking for. Went up to the counter and a very helpful staff member, Simone, was able to assist me with my enquiry. Nice to see a young employee who seems genuinely happy to help customers. Lovely attitude and brightened my day first thing in the morning.
