The most pedantic and rude ‘jobsworth’ pharmacist. Needed a strong painkiller, prescribed by a hospital emergency on a Sunday afternoon for a painful injury, pharmacist refused to issue due to an apparent typographical error by the doctor, totally unwilling to help stating need to return to the hospital to have prescription reissued and told no other pharmacist would dispense. Found another pharmacist open on a Sunday afternoon in Northbridge which dispensed without an issue. Customer service atrocious, especially when urgent pain relief required. Do not recommend and will not use in future!

Staff were absolutely amazing! Came in needing somthing really specific with no name of it or photo. The staff ending up helping me find exactly what I needed! They were kind and welcoming start to finish from approaching when I walked in to when I paid!

I wish to thank the pharmacist who took my call in the evening regarding the concern I had for a family member and their medication (missed dosage and interaction with other medicine). The pharmacist was very kind to take time to listen and then explain their view in a kind and empathetic manner.

Fantastic service, above and beyond anything expected. My wife and I were given our booster shots at our home thanks to the kindness of the people at High Street Day and Night Pharmacy in order to protect us due to our age and underlying health issues. We cannot thank them enough.

Very rude service. I walked in as I’d booked to have my booster here and the man at the counter rudely told me there was no supply and I was in the wrong. I received no communication that there was no supply. I had organised my whole day to get the booster and no one had called or emailed me. Rather than apologise or be at least be nice he blamed me? Not sure why. As much as I can avoid it I will not go to this pharmacy.
UPDATE: I showed you my text confirmation- rather than apologising or being even nice I notice how you blame the customer rather than look at the service at your store. I received no update that you didn’t have the booster available in store. Do you really think I’d waste my time coming in if I had? Please look at your own service

I barely post a review but this one is a waste of time and energy. There are better pharmacies close by.

Re:
1. You are 100% allowed to accept or deny a service. It is within your right. But Stop assuming something that you are not aware of. Your pharmacist had the same attitude.

2. Work on your service. This way, when a customer fully explains something on the phone, their time won't be wasted (specially during restrictions).

Hopefully my frustration, due to your overconfident attitude and shocking service, can at least be helpful for other people reading my review.
