While the customer service during my stay directly reflected the budget price, The room was good value for money. It was clean and quiet with no traffic noise. Location was handy and not far from the centre of town.

What a hidden gem this place is and a true example of why you should never presume anything.
While our room may have been slightly smaller than expected, it contained everything needed for our stay and was scrupulously clean. Bonus points for the super comfy beds, large bathroom, hot and strong shower (great water pressure!) and friendly welcome and farewell.
Don't make the mistake of passing this one by ... it's good value.

If you want a spotlessly clean, friendly staff, well appointed motel this is just perfect. Best one I have stayed at on my way up to Nth Qld and on the way home. I will be staying here again for sure. Recommended.

This is one of the best motels we stayed on our east coast journey.
Room was very presentable and had everything we needed with large fridge, microwave, kettle along with all cutlery and crockery, so making a simple meal was easy. The bathroom was very clean and modern and it was practical to have the basin outside the bathroom. Our vehicle was on the high side, but the super-friendly and helpful staff gave us a room where there was more space for it to be parked near the door. Despite being on a highway, we had a beautiful quiet night's sleep in the cozy room. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best motels I stay at when travelling the east coast.
Staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms have everything you need when away from home with large fridge, microwave, kettle along with all cutlery plus a good selection of beverages.
Parking outside your room is available with every room plus larger vehicles have space too with the grounds.

Very good having room service with new towels and vacuum floor 3 X a week
Staff very helpful
Outdoor Cooker didn't work when tried to use it .
Will return next year for my holiday to Gladstone

Family room very comfortable, queen and single bed. Tea and coffee facilities, plus toaster plates and cutlery. Bathroom toilet very clean and new looking. Quiet area. Not a large motel, 14 rooms. Great personal service. Manager very friendly and offered assistance readily when asked
