I visited Alyssium for a yoga & detox retreat over a weekend and highly recommend it to anyone wanting some timeout to look within and soothe the mind, body & soul.
The weekend was well organised with the right balance of activity and down time. The space Belle has for guests is just perfect and the juices were so delicious.
Belle (& team) were truly amazing! Their open and warm energy made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. At the end of my treatment I really did feel renewed and re-centred.
Thank you Belle for a wonderful weekend & for working your magic on me! It was exactly what I needed. 🌸🌈💫💕

Thank you Belle, for offering such a beautiful space to have this experience.
I was a little apprenhensive about having a colonic wash out. However, Alyssium explained the entire process on their website. I felt at ease knowing exactly what to expect before, during and after the cleanse.
Belle also takes time during the first consult to explain the benefits of a cleanse and all about gut health.

After experiencing severe bloating for many years, I have started to unblock and unlock some built up emotions, after only my second round!
I can highly recommend Alyssium.

I had a few colon therapies here. I highly recommend the place. Belle is very caring and kind. The location is stunning. I ended going there for a year once a month. It was so much worth it. My skin was always glowing and radiant the next day. It is such a relief for all systems of the body. Big Thanks to Belle! PS: The retreat weekends sound tempting too.

I have been to yoga classes for 43 years (yes I’m ancient) in New Zealand, Australia and Vietnam. I have never been part of a yoga class in a setting quite as beautiful as this, and Belle is one of the best teachers I’ve ever experienced. Excellent communication too.
