This centre and kristopher receive the highest recommendation from me. First visit was comprehensive and I haven't felt better in such a long time as a sufferer of many other health conditions. If anyone is seeking a chiropractor who is incredibly versed and experienced in his field then look no further. I sincerely have so much gratitude and I cannot reiterate enough how much they have helped me in only one visit .

Found out the previous clinic that focused on COVID testing has been moved and rebranded. Was forced to sign up as a new patient again. Receptionist was nice, but the doctor I saw Dr Hiramanek was not actually mentally present during the consultation and very much seemed to be on autopilot the entire time. COVID swab test wasn't done properly, avoiding the nasal swab entirely. Questions asked were minimal and explanation of allergies showed she had never dealt with very common drug allergies before. She misinterpreted almost everything I said and had to be corrected multiple times. She didn't even let me finish listing my symptoms before cutting me off and progressing the consultation further.

She listened to my laboured breathing through a stethoscope and listened to me wheezing cough up a mouthful of phlegm and said "your breathing sounds fine."

She finished the 5 minute rushed consultation with a list of "suggested natural remedies" on a pre-printed slip of paper. Some of which by her own definition were very not natural, aka Betadine throat gargle. No actual proven science, no suggestions for followup consultations to discuss the results or the potential for anti-virals or anti-biotics if the half done swab test came back with a positive reading of any kind. The medical certificate provided as well was a rush job and looks frankly fake as hell.

Was seriously tempted to walk out without paying. Won't be coming back regardless.
