I've been seeing Mira for a remedial massage once or twice a month since October for lower back issues, and everything has always been great. The pain has been easier to manage since starting, and she gave some great advice for managing it at home as well.

Not only are the massages great and the people friendly, but I've always found them ready and eager to accommodate any changes that I may have to our appointments.

I've been recommending my family and friends to visit, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend that anyone should see them.

Michael is one of the best Chiropractors I have ever experienced. Each 30 min session includes a deep massage to help loosen the muscles causing problems.

Mira is an excellent massage therapist, I leave ever session relaxed and problems areas fixed.

Both are highly recommended.

I use both Mira for massage and Germaine for chiropractic both are beautiful ladies that have both kept me going. Germaine has shown me more about my body in three weeks than anyone else ever has getting to the root of my problem. It is a great team at alternative way to health , see you again next week!!

Very happy with the service Mira provides for me every time. She goes above and beyond, people comment on how good my nails look everytime and she gives the BEST pregnancy massage. My back is not sore at all like it use to be. With carying that extra weight it helps a lot.

The therapists are so warm & friendly, can't believe the relief of my pain and I can claim my Health Fund on the spot for both Massage & Chiropractic. They have a Kinesiologist too which is awesome.. but it has to be claimed directly from my Health fund.
Another bonus.. I don't have to worry about going elsewhere for my waxing, nail care & beauty treatments it's all under the one roof. A little peace of heaven.
