A breath of fresh air. Have been struggling to find appointments with our regular Center in Ballina. This clinic offered us an appointment on the same day. Diligent, kind doctor and receptionist. So relieved to know there are Drs out there like this that still exist

My husband and I are well known to the practice, and we have nothing but high praise for all. We both have chronic problems, are in our 80s and never feel rushed or 'fobbed off'. If our own GP is not available one of the others sees us, and all are tops in our opinion. I am a retired registered nurse, have lived and worked in Sydney most of my life till we moved here, so I have seen many doctors and nursing staff at work. Full marks to all at Alstonville clinic!

What a lovely clinic. Julia Chiu was lovely to my daughter who came in with an earache on holidays and was seen quickly without an appointment due to the kindness of a doctor and another patient who agreed to wait longer due to my daughter's obvious pain.

You have to be lucky to get a good Dr here. Never on time. Rush you through. Front counter staff not helpful. Record keeping terrible. Expect you to be the doctor. My vet checks animals far more thoroughly than any doctor I have seen here. Way too precious with appointments.
