Had a fall riding In Mystic and presented at the clinic mid-Saturday morning with an injured wrist. The Nurses who helped me were very communicative, attentive and professional. I needed an X-ray and thankfully the on-call doctor was in. He was just as professional and accurate in his diagnosis. Ended up leaving within an hour of arriving all patched up, arm in a plaster and a referral to a specialist in Melbourne. Grateful for the quality of this clinic.

I took my husband into the hospital to be checked out after an episode relating to his heart condition. I cannot speak more highly of the care and attention given to him. He was admitted over night to be monitored. The staff were very attentive and kindness shown to him and also I could see there was another lady with dementia being kindly looked after. Someone came round and thoughtfully asked what meals he would like with great attention to detail of dietary needs for which you would give a 5 star rating. My husband was discharged in the morning after a consultation with Dr Rowan Purtell who is our GP who was on call. We are are so grateful for his diligent care over the years. Without it I am sure my husband would not be alive - thank you so much.

Could not fault the care my daughter received over the long weekend. Short wait, lovely nurses, was seen promptly by the on call GP Dr Purtell who was also fantastic. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and my daughter was so much better after 24hrs of starting her antibiotics.

On holidays in Bright i needed an Emergency department at 2 30 in the morning. The nurse who treated me was absolutely fantastic, i cannot say enough good things about the standard of help and caring i received when in a lot of pain. She resolved all my issues and sent me away feeling 100% better with clear instructions to follow-up with my doctor. Thank you Alpine Health for this fantastic service and amazing staff

My kid was sick and Bec was very kind, generous, kids friendly nurse. We got discharged within 1 hour. She made my kid very comfortable. I am so blessed that she attended us.

I was not admitted or even given a chance to have a chest X-ray when I went to the emergency department with clear signs of Pneumonia. The nurse did not let me in the hospital and I was instead taken into a small out-house. I heard her say to another nurse “there’s no way I’m letting that woman in the hospital”. I had my blood pressure, heart rate checked and was sent away, and I quote “was not going to be let into the hospital to risk infecting other patients”. Despite returning a negative covid rapid test, I was told this was not good enough and only a negative PCR test would work. Not sure what I was supposed to do given how badly I couldn’t breathe and had no closer hospitals as another option. Luckily I went to another hospital where I was admitted and treated for severe pneumonia. I was not even looked at by a doctor, they only phoned the nurse who was checking me and said they were fine for me to leave.
