As a true salesman, Chris gives all the lines that he can meet your needs and has all these ideas for your business. In reality, he does not complete anything other than the design work he outsources. He charges an awful lot for social content, email marketing, a basic, AI generated blog and simple Ad management. I had to have weekly meetings to hold him accountable and ask week in week out for the items he said he would do. Months would go by with stories of “ill get this to you later", "next week", "I’ll email it” and I would not receive anything. When I finally pushed after waiting 3 months for flyers (should be so simple for a marketing guy to do), the cover was unbelievably basic solid purple with my logo tiny and down the bottom. No other graphics. I had to push for more details and even though our brief was for A4 double sided, we received a half job of only 1 side. Clearly the work, which had 10 hours allocated per month for 3 months, was rushed and obviously mocked up right before our meetings.

His organisation skills are terrible. Chris does not stick to priorities or task lists. Items sit on the list forever with no attempt at working through them. Meetings were regularly cancelled so he could “work on the task” and then we would never receive the task. He promises the world but does not deliver. It is very hard to maintain trust with someone when you have to prompt/remind them all the time for the items they promised. I am paying them for a job they aren’t doing.

Initially, the social content and Ads were very basic. We had to be very specific about what we wanted. We had to ask for simple things such as not posting at the same time/day each week. I would have thought a marketing “expert” would know this. Similarly, we had to push to have our product launch added to all social content and Ads. We would have expected for the money we were paying for that to be offered to us without us having to ask.

Be very clear what is covered in the proposal. Our “ultimate” package covered website changes and new pages. When asked over and over where these items were, Chris told me these were above and beyond. Don’t bother being clear about your priorities as Chris will just ignore them anyway.

You don’t want to have any problems, because when you email your grievances, Chris just completely ghosts you and you will not have an opportunity to discuss your concerns ever again. He is meant to be a communicator. But he never replies. If you want someone who takes a week to reply, Chris is your person.

Chris was really snarky. I requested to be contacted before 12pm Friday as he had not responded to my calls or texts for weeks. He texted at 11:56am Friday saying he was unavailable that day. He then told me to make an appointment for Monday but his calendar was booked out all that day, of which he would have known. If you fancy working with someone who has the attitude of a child throwing a tantrum, even though you are paying a lot of money for his service, then go right ahead.

In the end, we had 5 months of work from their marketing service and we paid for our 5 months of work. He is refusing to give us access to all the templates and intellectual property, that pertain to our business and of which we PAID for. Be very aware. The earlier bad reviews just show he is still doing the same unprofessional things and has not grown and matured in the last 2 years. I only wish I had read and taken on board those reviews.

I started working with Chris in Jan of 2022.
In the early stages, Chris would intermittently respond to text messages/phone calls/email. He would promise to send work through which never came. After a month, he told us he had staffing issues which had been resolved however, no work was done.

Eventually at the end of Feb after we asked for a refund because nothing had been done which Chris understood and agreed to. At the end of March and after numerous emails / phone calls and contacting him on his social media page, he eventually responded saying that his accountant has put the refund through and I would receive it in a few days - it still hasn’t come through.

As a small allied health business, Chris definitely tells you what you would like to hear in your first meeting with him. He’s a great salesman and has a way with words.

Unfortunately he has taken payment (knowing he had staffing issues)without producing any work and him and his team are almost impossible to get in touch with.

*Reply to response from AHM*- I'm pleased to hear some of the work was completed, however I didn't receive it even after requesting it. I'm more than happy to pay for work that has been completed and provided to me. Thank you for the $350 credit note that has been received now after I wrote this review (hopefully hitting my bank account soon). However I would like to receive either the completed work or a refund for the other $570 paid. I'm happy to take this discussion to email or phone. Please respond to one of the many emails or text messages I've sent. Thank you.

Refund never received and my emails regarding this haven't been replied to.

Uncreative and very slow logo design. Takes days for email replies and Chris refused to provide a full refund when I was unsatisfied with the work.

Even after a reply on this review and a Fair Trading complaint I have not received any of the work I paid for or a refund as requested numerous times. Don't believe the marketing material that says "we provide unlimited revisions" as they do not.
