Do not let your Dr refer you to this so-called rehab business. I've been waiting for an occupational therapist driving test with these ppl since September 2022. It is now March 2023. If you talk to two people in this company you'll get two different stories. I've been told I may have to wait till April. I've been told various things by staff including the fact that staff have to come from Mackay to do the test. I waited this long because the cost here was subsidised.

I've now gone to another company. I will pay the full price of $1500 but the first person I spoke to made a solid appointment for me and knew what she was talking about.

This episode has left me seriously inconvenienced and stressed at a time when I'm dealing with my left arm being paralysed. I'm not happy at all with this.

Been trying to confirm an appointment for two weeks. After identifying the problem that caused initial delay I still have not secured a booking after 5 or 6 follow up calls. Promised a call back today whi h did not happen, another broken promise.

Really poor experience with this business, try calling them allow forty minutes at least to get through! Can’t get a mobile number to speak to Therapists. It’s pretty poor I really thought that I had gone backwards to last century pre mobile phones!
I won’t judge the rest of their services yet but everything seems very slow but this is typical in NDIS days!
