To all the complainers you must be honest that Dr Angela Lam is a superb doctor. She cares that's why she spends time with her patients. I really don't think anyone wants to get a quick medical diagnosis from a doctor who does not care. To rate her receptionist in your reviews is just unfair to Dr Lam. A good doctor is hard to find and a good doctor is worth waiting for.

Dr Angela Lam is the best doctor I've ever visited. She's always super friendly, understanding and goes above and beyond to attend the needs of her patients. I feel completely comfortable with discussing any issues and she always offers exceptional and well informed advice. She's the only doctor I'm willing to return to. I recommend booking prior as the medical centre is very busy but the pleasant experience is well worth the wait.

Dr Lam is a superb doctor with great communication skills and a warm, friendly approach to patient care. Highly recommend her if you're really looking for a doctor who cares about her patients individually. Also great if you want to understand what's going on with you and not just a careless antibiotic prescription. However, there can be quite a long wait and the punctuality of appointments is often sacrificed for the detailed care.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! This place sucks. I waited more than 1 1/2 hours and left without seeing the doctor because I didn’t wanna waste my time anymore. After staying there patiently for an hour I asked the receptionist is the doctor here? Why does it take so long and her answer was the doctor likes to talk to the patients so she takes time with her patients. Well hello if the Dr Angela want to have chitchats with the patients I’d recommend her to go to a cafe with her patients in her own time without wasting other patients’ time who made to the practice on time for their appointment. Utter useless service. Do not recommend.

I'm not usually the one to write reviews, especially online, but Dr Angela Lam's dedication to her patients' health deserves utmost praise and attention.

Sure, the wait can be drastically long at times, but it’s worth it. Every visit, I feel so comfortable sharing with her my most personal issues because she’s always patient, understanding, and willing to listen, no matter how behind schedule she is. Talking to Dr Angela is like catching up with an old best friend, except she has a plethora of medical knowledge and experience. She effortlessly makes medical terminology and concepts relatable and easier to understand, while cracking a good joke or narrating an anecdote. With her, the sole focus is you. Nobody or nothing else distracts her from you.

In the past, I’ve had terrible experiences with numerous doctors who shoo you out the door as soon as THEY think their job is done with you. Whereas with Dr Angela, she doesn’t let you go until ALL your questions are answered, and concerns are cleared. She is by far the most outstanding doctor I’ve ever met, one who maintains exceptional rapport and relationships with her patients.

Dr Angela has made a significant improvement on my physical, mental and emotional health. I wholeheartedly trust her with my health, and strongly recommend her to everyone I know.

Dr Angela is an amazing doctor. She has always been right with her diagnosis with me, and will go out of her way to help in any way she can. As she is so popular and can be busy at times, you may have to wait to see her, however, she will never rush you when you are with her. I highly recommend her and am very grateful I have a wonderful doctor looking after my many health issues.

Her only problem is being too popular and this means making appointments.

But she will give you more time than most Doctors, and will make sure you get what you need.
