Honour your appointment times!!! An hour and a half wait is just not acceptable!! People
Make appointments for a reason more then 30 minutes past the appointment time is ridiculous. Sort your shit out or stop double booking people. This clinic has forever had this problem absolutely sick of it. People have other places to be, other appointments school pick up you can't do this to people.

It's such a shame when you get a receptionist who is rude and arrogant when the doctors are lovely and all other staff members are helpful and kind. There's no need for such behaviour of belittling some one you work in customer service maybe time for an early retirement for some.

This practice is a mixed bag. Dr Salman worth requesting: she's lovely, very happy to listen. Had a truly terrible experience with Dr Maynard and will request to never have her again: this practice turns away patients with no masks but Dr Maynard took her mask off immediately in her office and I didn't feel I had the ability to ask her to put it back on. I have a lot more to say about my eventful four minute experience as her patient but Google isn't the place.

Excellent care is provided at my new favourite surgery!

Ladies at the front are accomodating and friendly. Both doctors I have seen have been knowledgeable, concise and instructive. Nurses on duty acted very professionally and gently with my wound.

All round, fantastic experiences here!

kid was sick … had appointment at 3:15 pm unable to see doctor untill 4:00 pm as he was behind… Then he started billing process before finishing patients. Its ridiculous .. not being rude to anyone .. why will you book a slot 3:15 if you cannot manage on time( doctor) …. as when you book it gives you options- long appointments or short consultations… Thats not Australian way..not to mention i have to finish work 2:30 in city and reach Blakeview at 3:15 pm.Dr Khoo needs to learn a lot about Medical practice.

I was seeing the same doctor for over 10 years until I changed to Dr Rositano. He is fantastic. He really listens and is very thorough in finding out what is wrong and with tests etc. I'll never see another. I've also seen the physio who is wonderful and the psychologist Dr Bollard who is the most patient person ever.
Reception staff are not fantastic. Some of them are very rude and really not friendly at all. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this
