They waited until I called to book an appointment to inform me that today was the doctor’s last day.
The waste of space place needs to be closed.
The urgent care A place where you can’t get any care and are sent away to end up back at the hospital where you came from because they don’t have a doctor. It’s pointless for them to be open either.

After the experience yesterday taking my 83 year old mother to have her iron infusion of which she should have had 2 because her iron levels are so low I’m disappointed in the fact that always health care thinks that the cost came out of their pocket only receiving one infusion and now having to go elsewhere to arrange for referral to go to hospital to be treated with a little more respect and having the proper treatment what’s wrong with these doctors and nurses that complain that they have to obsorbe the cost simply say that they have to charge for another bag of saline so disappointing that an old lady thinks that no one cares

My daughter presented to a doctor here with her 1year daughter. The baby had a large lump on her neck measuring 4cm. She was told it was a cyst and to go home. Within a week the lump was obviously bigger and measuring almost 7cm. I told my daughter to go back. They did an ultrasound and told my daughter it was a brachial cyst and it should go away in 6mnths. When my daughter came home I Said we are going to John Hunter. Even the man at the front desk there knew it was bad and sent us straight in. My granddaughter was diagnosed with neuroblastoma and has now had lumpectomy and 4 rounds of chemo. She currently has another lump under investigation. If my daughter had of done what she was told by her doctor the baby wouldn't be here today. Be carefull guys and trust your gut.

Absolutely disgusted! I have been a patient at this doctors surgery for over a year and after today I will not be back. I had an appointment via Telehealth with Dr Hajir Mohammed, she isn’t my usually GP but due to the severity of my tonsillitis I needed to get an appointment straight away. Dr Hajir Mohammed refused to provide me with antibiotics and told me to “call back in three days when symptoms are worse” she also kept repeatedly asking if I had covid which I had already done two test that day, to which were negative. This was quite a shock as if she bothered to look at my medical history she would see that I suffer from tonsillitis at least 4-5 times a year. It wasn’t until hours later where I received an email saying my payment of $55 has been processed. As I didn’t receive any treatment what so ever and my call log states that the appointment only went for only 2 minutes!!!! I called the practice to see if there was anything that can be done as I wasn’t satisfied to which they said they can book me another appointment to which I’ll have to pay $55 again! This is disgraceful and has left me in tears as I am in such bad pain and now up for a $110 bill for a 2 minute conversation!

My daughter saw Dr Marwa Fathi in the hopes of getting a referral for a scan of her injured knee. Instead we were met with an aggressive Dr who just wanted to hit her knee with a reflex stick and demand she jump. She wouldn’t refer for scans. Told her to take Panadol.
We end up finding via another health professional that my daughter had in fact, dislocated her knee cap and tore her patella tendon. I am absolutely appalled at the treatment of this Dr and would not suggest seeing her for anything but a script.

Fantastic practice. Wonderful doctors. Finally diagnosed a problem which we had been complaining about to other local doctors for 5 years. It wasn't shingles, it was a slipped disc! First time in 5 years a doctor called for an x-ray on the area to discover this!! Is Community Health Care competent? Absolutely!!!
