Really wish I could have made a better review but I just can’t. All plan management constantly blame other people on there massive delays eg- ndis when this isn’t the case. All other plan managers seem to know there job and get it done promptly. I’ve even had all plan blame the participant for delays when this was not correct. If you would like services paid promptly look elsewhere. This company can take anywhere from 10-30 days to pay invoices. I’m disheartened that there reply’s say it was the ndis fault and they are better than ever now with no wait times when this still is not the case with invoices still well and truly taking a long time to be paid. For them to even open an invoice at times can be 3 business days as my app tells me when it’s been viewed. Really not impressed.

Used to pay invoices really promptly and now it takes about 3 weeks per invoice. I know NDIS are checking invoices more thoroughly but all other plan managers take no longer than 2 weeks to pay invoices, most still pay even quicker than this.

Would no longer recommend, i think its only impending that people will leave this plan manager.

Unfortunately invoices even being viewed by All Plan are much more delayed, way beyond what they used to be. When they made a comment saying "it's with the NDIS" I asked when the actual invoice was processed and it was more the a week after I had orginally emailed it and submitted it to All Plan. This was never an issue prior.

Since Paul has left, the business no longer seems to be able to manage their participants needs.

If your a provider I would just continue to call and ask for the day the invoice was submitted to the NDIS for your own receipts. Leave feedback and submit a complaint.

Very Slow invoice processing. All other plan management services I’m familiar with are within max 5 business days. At times can take 2 weeks with all plan management. They claim it’s the ndis or due to skeleton staff.makes it w extremely hard when only a small business.

Terribly slow,
Invoices were being paid within 10 days for a while, while all other plan managments are taking 7 days.
All plan has recently gotten even slower taking 15-20 days to pay an invoice.

They blamed ndis but im starting to think its not.

I'm told a manager recently left, paul? Possibly,
This may have been what made it worse
Not enough staff or management will do that I guess.

Hopefully they sort it out.

Recently, it seems all plan management has sorted it out and are back on track.
Im happy to bring my stars up to 4 as they have been very good with their invoices and i believe my clients are getting the proper service they pay for out of this plan management.

Although i see they replied to my review like a robot and just copy and pasted the same reply to all other reviews.

Never answers phone or calls back! Doesn’t answer emails and consistently waiting to be paid! They are not reliable at all. I’m still waiting to be paid for the work I have done.
