Sophie is amazing!! She is super friendly and knowledgeable. She explains things so well with lots of detail and explained exactly what she thought the reason for my soreness was. I had ongoing shoulder pain and restricted movement. After x rays & ultra sound my Doctor presented me with 3 options, surgery cortisone or physio, but doubted that physio would be particularly effective.
I made an appointment with James, and in our first consultation really nailed where and what my issues were.Fast forward about 2 months and with the exercie program that James has provided I am so so so much better.
This guy is really good.
