I called to ask if we can do a walk in as a new patient because my baby developed a rash. receptionist said we can come in at 9pm. I further informed the receptionist that we are a covid positive baby. was put on hold to call the doctor and after awhile I was told that we can't come in. I told her in disbelief that how can they turn us away. She said that the center is not turning us away, it's just their rule. Was puton hold again and just hangup. Garbage centre and policies.

I have been seen by many Doctors and honestly they all have waiting times and if you need to be seen urgently the Doctor will definitely call you in quickly, the Nurses are professional and prepare you ready for injections and dressing changes always making you feel comfortable. The receptionists are busy so it's great that I can book appointments online then say hi when I arrive so they know I am there to see the Doctor. Having a pharmacy means when I need a script filled I can get it all in one place so it's very convenient. My family of 3 have been very happy with the quality of service All Care Carnes Hill Medical Centre provides to us.

One star was too many for this doctor!
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Shabana Bokhari. During my two visits, she displayed a lack of professionalism and consideration as well as extremely rude approach. She failed to listen to my concerns and did not follow up on my test results, leaving me to make my own follow up calls for updates. In my initial consultation, I felt she was dismissive and uncaring about my medical issue.

At my second follow up appointment, I requested a referral to an endocrinologist, which she denied despite my 8 years medical history with an endocrinologist and all my test results. Overall, I would not recommend Dr. Bokhari if you value attentive and responsive healthcare and more importantly your Time!

Thank you for your response. I want to clarify some inaccuracies in your account.
I did not throw documents on Dr Bokhari's desk, nor was I enraged during my visit. I had my two children with me and would never display such behaviour in front of them. My intention was to seek assistance regarding my health concerns, which I felt were not fully addressed.
I tried to explain my situation multiple times to Dr Bokhari. I have been seeing an endocrinologist for the last eight years due to my medical history, and I had sufficient evidence to warrant my referral request. It seemed to me that Dr. Bokhari was more concerned about how it would reflect on her rather than considering my medical past.
I picked up my results on paper, expressed my feelings to the doctor, and informed her that I would not be returning before I left. My behaviour is the opposite of how you have portrayed me, and a response like that from the owner is unjust.
Reviews are based on personal experiences, and I am entitled to share mine. It’s disheartening to see my experience misrepresented, and I believe that patients deserve to have their concerns taken seriously. Furthermore, I should not be threatened by the owner when they were not present to witness the consultation and are making judgments without full information.
I hope this can lead to better communication in the future.

My family and myself have been coming here for years, I couldn't fault them. Yes we have to wait abit but that is everywhere, everyone there is so friendly. It's really good to have everything there and next door. All the receptionist always have smiles and say hello, they know you by name. We are really happy to continue going there, they explain everything and that. Thank you for doing a great job.

Made an appointment to see Dr Victor on Sunday morning for my 3 yr old complaining of ear pains and having high fevers. He said she has a virus and dismissed everything I said. Was abrupt and short. Learn how to greet people and treat patients with respect before becoming a doctor. He ended up getting the diagnosis wrong and another doctor gave my daughter antibiotics for an ear infection. She could have been on the mend by now but because of his uselessness and laziness she is still in alot of pain and the medicine hasn't started working yet. No wonder why he's the only doctor available with appointments since no one is risking seeing him.

Amazing medical centre! The nurses are patient and kind, receptionists are always smiling, very helpful and always accomodating. The doctors are great and eager to help! This centre is highly recommended - I have been coming here for years and I am always treated so well by all. My daughters refuse to see any other doctor … Dr Siddiqui is always on hand to help us as a family. Don’t understand the bad reviews as this Center has always been amazing for us.

This would be one of the best medical centres in my opinion. The receptionists are really kind, and super helpful. The nurses are super professional and really good. Flu shots and whatnot, really good. The GPs I’ve personally seen, they’re all really good. I would say very good service 🙂

Long wait times in evening just to be told my results reviewed discussed, and then dr. calls me after i complain after waiting qhour over my appointment time they say high issue etc you need medication.. not impressed. no more i go there at all. i took my results and now go elsewhere locally. that was a urgent callback according to my motherinlaw from working in other medical centres in south sydney. i never got any call or sms until a week or 2 later... i am yet to lodge formal complaint also with medical hierarchy. also no free bulk billing unless centrelink or pension.
