this pharmacy is in a great location with amazing and friendly staff that are always willing to help, they have a great range of products and if they don't have them they will try and find a alternative for you, the pharmacist there is really quick with the scripts and if you have questions about your medication the staff or pharmacist will talk to you and help you, the dispense team there is also really helpful and friendly. the manager is also really friendly and professional, she is really helpful and will always go out of her way to help with anything. she also wears really nice earrings. 🙂

I wouldn't recommend visiting this pharmacy. The drugs are very expensive compared to competitors and the staff aren't professional in dealing with customers. I regret coming in to this pharmacy today. The Indian saleslady seems like she was up for a fight and was very rude when I only asked to see the pharmacist. The other saleslady told me to wait, so I did. However the Indian saleslady approached me and told me " I want to talk to you!" with seemingly rude body language. She defintiely needs more training in customer service.... Or is just not fit for customer service at all.
As a business owner, I have already dealt with different kinds of people in different aspects. This lady's attitude will definitely make you lose customers. 😂. Such a pity.

I really want to go back and refund my purchase because of this woman's attitude. Like, Ew.

Originally gave this business a 5 star review. I would now give them no stars if possible. The owner will run this business into the ground. For those of you that remember me from my time in Alice Springs, please avoid this place like the plague. A few tips from an old local:
1. Do not book any events here.
2. Do not expect good service here.
3. Do not expect decency from management.

I don’t appreciate being berated like I’m a child, by someone half my age, about opening packets to inspect an item before purchase. The snooty attitude of the young girl at the prescription counter today was absolutely appalling.

I cant praise the Team at Alice Springs Pharmacy enough. I had a medical issue and they went far beyond my expectation. Ben, Joseph and the Team were professional, caring and did everything in their power to help. Joseph even delivered the medications after work for me out of the goodness of his heart. I will be forever grateful to this Pharmacy, the staff are first class human beings. : )

Nothing wrong with the pharmacy. It is a pharmacy that does pharmacy things. They fill prescriptions and have other health and beauty related items.

It’s clean and the staff are helpful.

Opening hours match the need for the area a d online with the other pharmacy in town (about 2 min walk)

I will continue to go here when I need pharmacy things.

Now becoming a store to wait long times. Say a script ready in 15 min still not done in 30 min. Service at prescription counter is so slow now. The front counter staff are fast and efgicient.

They charge twice the price for prescriptions and the staff are unfriendly and slow 🙁 Their retail prices are bad too. If you're gonna charge double you should at least provide good service..., but NO 🙁
