This clinic needs to reevaluate its claims and improve its operations to match the expectations it sets for patients. Patients seeking healthcare deserve to feel heard, cared for, and respected—none of which I experienced during my visit. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. False advertising and poor service are unacceptable, especially in healthcare, where trust and professionalism are essential.

My appointment was scheduled for 2 PM, but I ended up waiting 40 minutes before being called in, even though the waiting area only had three other patients. This is hardly reflective of their advertised “minimal waiting times” on their website.

When I was finally seen, the consultation lasted barely 5 minutes. The doctor appeared rushed and didn’t take the time to understand my symptoms or explain the treatment plan in detail. I was prescribed antibiotics without any discussion about dosage duration or potential side effects. This lack of communication left me feeling like I was handed a prescription without genuine care or concern.

The receptionist appeared unenthusiastic and disengaged, which created a negative first impression. A warm and welcoming front desk is critical in a healthcare setting, and sadly, this was lacking.

Their website boasts about providing a full range of services with priority placed on patient care, but my experience contradicts this. The promises of “friendly and experienced staff,” “special medical care,” and a comfortable, professional atmosphere felt like empty marketing slogans rather than reality.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I dont like to write bad reviews but the doctors are very unprofessional and don't care about their patients wellbeing at all. Needed antibiotics for a middle ear infection as i get them multiple times a year, called dr fortune uchendu and he spoke to me very rudely and hung up on me mid call? Would highly recommend finding another service.

Legit one of the least professional facilities I’ve ever been too. Receptionist in trackies, didn’t know what was going on, dr wouldn’t listen and I was rushed out the door despite it being a long ass wait. I highly highly recommend never going here.

Highly recommend Dr Fortune Uchendu.
He has gone above and beyond for me, I struggle with mental health and his been nothing but full of patience and i feel his taken a understanding of who I am as a person and how to respond and treat me appropriately.

I truly believe he saved my life just a week ago. If it wasn't for him, his patience and honesty I probably wouldn't be hear to write this review.
Beyond thankful for this Dr and his reception staff are absolutely beautiful people. I've struggled to find a doctor that'll help me, I am so grateful to of found Dr Fortune Uchendu and his team..
Thank you for making me feel listened too, thank you for your patience and straight out honestly with me.
Best DR I've found in the Illawarra, unfortunately I've tried many as well.

Open and friendly reception staff, the building is by no means fancy and new, but this makes the environment relaxing, the doctor I saw was professional yet understanding and friendly, I am happy I chose Albion Park Rail Family Practice, for my health needs.
