I had a very disappointing experience at Albion Street Medical Practice. The receptionist never disclosed the $25 out-of-pocket fee when booking my appointment, nor was it mentioned when I arrived. It was only after seeing the doctor that I was informed about the charge. Had I known there was a fee, I would have considered whether to visit her at all. To make matters worse, if paying by card, they charge extra, requiring me to claim a refund separately.

On top of that, my appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but I ended up waiting an hour to see the doctor. The lack of transparency and poor time management made this visit an absolute waste of time. I will not be returning to Dr. Vandana Mittal and would not recommend her to anyone.

Such a horrible and unpleasant waiting experience for getting my little seen. Absolutely no respect to others time. Very disappointed as the receptionist is not organised and always mis-feeds the information. Happened thrice so far and not seeing them again. My humble suggestion is unless you have all the time in the world to sit there for hours together waiting, do not even bother visiting this clinic. Happy hunting !

I have had pathetic experience with the front desk planning appointments. They don't have any information whether they are taking new patients or not and they keep patients hanging by telling them that they will call and confirm the appointment slot. They waste people's time who are waiting to share problems with the doctor.Wish there was a zero star rating available.

Can you please get a receptionist who knows how to show some manners and respect? The one whom you have now has no respect towards the people over the phone. If I have to point out to one rudest person on this planet earth, I will point my figure straight to the receptionist whom you have now. The only reason why I was respectful to her even though she was super rude is because of the respect I have towards the doctor.

Too much of time waste every time you visit. I have always visited with my mum for her checkup’s and least I had to wait even after appointment is 1.5 hour. Today as well for an appointment of 4:30 still waiting to get the number called and it’s 5:30 and still waiting to be called. There are few patients still ahead of us. So people if u ou have luxury of spending at least 1.5 hour waiting then visit this medical center.

Whenever I call the medical practice to book an appointment, there is a VERY rude receptionist that picks up the phone. Only there for the paycheck; doesn't sound as though she is very interested in her job. When told about her manners, she doesn't really care about it either. It really sheds a negative light on the doctor and medical practice. Very disappointed. Would not go there.

Dr Bandana is one of the best. But clinic need to give appointment time more judiciously and do proper calculations as its always around 2 hour of wait time after actual appointment time
