Staff and Doctors have always been lovely but their procedures for pathology results is extremely outdated and inconvenient. I understand admin do not have access to pathology results, which is absolutely fine but I was expected to make an appointment with the doctor not knowing if my results were in yet, and could not even have a phone appointment to find out if they were in so I could book a face to face appointment to receive the results. Not only is this a waste of my own time, but this is taking an appointment away from someone who may need it when I can not even get a yes or no answer if my results are in.
There needs to be better communication with patients to avoid booking unnecessary appointments and wasting everyone’s time. I am aware results in most cases can not be discussed via phone, but should be able to know if the results are in prior to making an appointment.

I found Dr Bharti Patel extremely helpful and collaborative in my health care. She also quickly identified a long term potentially very harmful condition that had been overlooked by my previous doctors who were otherwise excellent. An important factor for me is that she also runs mostly on time.

Dr Shawkat Islam is an excellent, highly professional, friendly and caring doctor. He treats his patients with care and very considerate of the patient’s long-term well being. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

I had an awful experience with Dr Holliday. He was presumptuous, flippant and lacking in any empathy. I felt worse after seeing him than i did going in. Won't be back. Won't be recommending.

Receptionist told me the wrong time for my appointment so I missed it. It wasn’t until I called them the next day to rebook that they told me a different time.

Rude told me to go on line and make a appointment after ringing up for my daughter it was all too much trouble went down the road to the new centre friendly and didn't make excuses for poor customer care service they need to retrain their staff or put new friendly reception on unbelievable awful experience.
