Dr Beata Filipowicz, is one amazing Dr.
Not only does she listen and most certainly doesn't dismiss any worries one may have as an elderly patient.
But she follows through with organising any tests that are relevant.
It is such a relief to have a Dr who inspires one to have confidence in their ability to diagnose the correct treatment.

A very professional and friendly family medical centre. Excellent doctors and very helpful front desk staff. Also other agencies available. Dr. Raj is incredible. It’s rare to find a doctor that understands my cultural and religious values. The iron infusion service was outstanding quality of medical care and cheap. I highly recommend becoming patient!💯

Sorry, not happy at all. Admins see right through you.
The doctor whose profile states that she is strong advocate for preventative healthcare replies to concerns "not medically relevant as long it is within range".
Also is impatient and does not care about fears or feelings. No complex or holistic approach.
Pricing is not transparent.

Have been coming here for years and always the best care! Special thank you to Rita and Dr Raj and all the team for going that extra mile when I needed extra help recently. When the beauracracy of the hospital hindered what needed to be done Rita set to work to get reports to the right doctors for me. And the caring followup phone calls from Rita were very much appreciated too. Brian.

About 6 weeks ago I was having increased breathing difficulties at the gym and with any exertion, I was loading some items into my car at home and sat in the car and could not catch my breath so being on my own I called an Ambulance and was conveyed to hospital with decreasing oxygen levels, after some hours a doctor came and saw me and said they can’t find a reason for my breathing difficulties and let me go home again. The following day I had a pre arranged appointment with my doctor of many years Dr Raj or just ‘Raj’. He was surprised to see me thinking I was in hospital, to say the least that he was annoyed that the hospital had not conducted a CT scan, he basically told me I was not well and called an ambulance to the surgery and I was conveyed to Logan Hospital with a request for a CT, end result a doctor came back after the CT and told me I had clots on the lungs, this doctor also made the remark that I had a very astute GP. I was hooked up to intravenous blood thinners and later that evening I was transferred to Greenslopes hospital where I came under the care of a Respiratory Specialist, I remained on intravenous from Thursday to the following Tuesday, undergoing Ultrasounds, Bone scans and a MRI. I was allowed home the next day. The specialist also noted the great decision made by Dr Raj in getting me into hospital. I am not going to name the hospital that sent me home, but suffice to say if I hadn’t had the appointment with Raj and had gone to the gym on the Friday according to Raj I could have dropped dead on the spot.
I am in debt to Raj as he said to me that I had one foot in the grave. Instead after visiting my specialist and being told that my lungs were clear of clots as well as another mass on my lungs I am ready to get on with my life and gym.
In all the years I have been attending Albert St Medical centre I cannot say a bad word about any of the brilliant crew, the doctors, Rita, Kim and the other nurses and staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. As for Dr Raj I trust him with my life which in this instance I most probably did. My eternal thanks Raj and to the rest of the staff.

Great family practice, me and my family have been coming to this clinic for a few years now and never had an issue, the clinic had been referred to us by a few friends, because of having previous issues with another practice, it was the best decision we have made and I don't see us changing clinic's ever.. We travel out of the local area because of moving this year, because we love this practice so much the staff are polite and accommodating, the practice is always filled with smiley faces. We see Dr Raj mainly and he is such a fantastic Dr he not only gives you great medical advise he works out what is best for you not just you medically but mentally and physically.. I have found in the past with Drs they are happy to give you a script and you go on your way, Raj is very accommodating to help find a solution or put you in a direction that will , me and my family feel safe knowing we not a number at this clinic. I always feel my 'mothers intuition' is valid for any concerns I have voiced with the Drs & Nurses here as with past clinics this has not been the case. We feel cared for knowing our health is number 1 and in good hands. We Couldn't ask for a better clinic, Thank you Albert St Medical and all the lovely Drs & Nurses.
