Recently had my first skin check at the clinic. Everything from the booking process to the consultation was smooth and simple. I booked online and filled in the form. The ladies at the reception desk were friendly and the wait time was short. Dr. Gabby was thorough and attentive, so all in all, very happy with the skin check.

Initially, I had a wonderful experience both with reception and the GP. On my second visit, I waited patiently for 40 minutes to see the GP. No reason for the delay or assurance from reception as to when I would be seen. No apology from the GP when she finally saw me. She did however, bulk bill me as I'm currently not working having recently returned from living abroad. I had an appt on Tuesday 8th October, one of the receptionists (she had a bandage on her forward) was rude and abrupt to me. I'm currently dealing with insomnia so quite fragile, and to be treated like this is uncalled for under any circumstances. Then my GP was clearly rushed and couldn't wait to get me out of her office. And it seems that prescribing medication is their default, rather than trying to get to the bottom of the health issue. I'm incredibly disappointed with this practice. I'm really not sure if I want to return to this medical centre and will think twice before recommending it to anyone.

Have been going there many years
and wouldn't go anywhere else with all my problems as weii as skin. Have been seeing Dr Manderson and he can't retire before I die. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Myself and my family have been coming to Albany Clinic for 29 years. It's a very friendly, relaxing and calm atmosphere. The admin staff are amazing. Dr Andrew Murray has been my doctor the whole time. He has been instrumental in my physical, mental and medical health. I can't speak highly enough of the doctors and staff💗
