Had our baby delivered by dr Neetika and had consultations throughout with dr Minke Burke. They were compassionate and understanding and extremely professional. Guided us for our first baby. Could not have asked for better care.

I do not recommend this service - this is by far the worst healthcare assistance I have received to date.
- Practice does not provide eScripts, or electronic scripts of any kind - by mail only (often taking anywhere between 7 - 14 days).
- My practitioner Dr. Lowes made several mistakes from beginning to commencing my time with Alana Healthcare, particularly regarding my scripts.
- My practitioner was unreliable, often hard to get a hold of - resulting in (not kidding) up to 10+ visits to pharmacies waiting for her to fax through scripts which never came, or if they did they too, took (anywhere between 7 - 14 days) to arrive.
- I was asked to come in AGAIN and pay for a consultation for each repeating script, even if the practitioner had been at fault in making an error in my original script.

I began visiting Alana Healthcare to seek advice regarding endometriosis - this service ironically and catastrophically screwed my menstrual cycle up more so than to begin with. Their system seems to be outdated particularly regarding technology used in this day and age, and the staff are negligent.

Being a client of Alana Healthcare has been nothing short of embarrassing. Save your time and energy - visit MyHealth in their Sydney branches.

I’ve had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Mishra during my pregnancy, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care and support I received.

Dr. Mishra is truly an outstanding obstetrician, and my entire pregnancy journey was made significantly better because of her expertise and compassion.

I would highly recommend Dr Mishra and the team at Alana to any expectant parent seeking top-notch obstetric care. They go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of both the mother and the baby, and their commitment to their patients' health and happiness is truly remarkable. I could not recommend Alana Health Care more. I have been seeing Dr Erin and Zoe for just under 2 years. Dr Erin inserted my Mirena a year ago with absolutely no pain throughout the whole process and ensured I was ready for the procedure. This included working with Zoe who is amazing at what she does and makes sure you are as comfortable as you can be. Zoe suggested many tips and tricks which had been life changing. Although the mirena didn’t work for me. Dr Erin worked with me to find out a solution that did work for me. Recently I went for my first laparoscopy and I could not have felt safer in her hands. I highly recommend Dr Erin and Zoe. They are a dream team and support you in every way possible and reassure you that you aren’t going crazy!!

Prof Jason Abbott performed my laparoscopy and excision for endometriosis many years ago. I found him to be incredibly empathetic and competent. I knew I was in safe hands. I also love that he is supportive of naturopathic and nutritional adjunct therapies.

He is an amazing ally for women and really restores faith in the medical profession. I know a lot of women with endo and other gynae conditions have had negative experiences with other medical professionals.

The staff are also excellent and their practice is run very efficiently. I can't recommend Alana Healthcare and Jason enough.

I'm now a naturopath myself and Jason is the person I would always send people to if they are able to see him in Sydney.

I made an appointment here and unfortunately had to cancel a few hours before as I had an urgent deadline come up at work. This was something I obviously couldn’t do anything about. They then said that I had to pay a 50% cancellation fee ($170) because I had cancelled with them before. When I asked when that was as I had never seen a gyno there before they said it was 11 years ago.. the receptionist even laughed when she said it because she knew how ridiculous it sounded. I told them that I wouldn’t be coming to my appointment and they have now sent me an outstanding invoice for the full amount of the appointment weeks later, despite me having cancelled it.

Avoid this place at all costs.

The practice is responsive and has the highest standards of professionalism. I've been supported by Alana Healthcare at two different stages in my life. Each time the doctor has taken all necessary steps to give me reassurance and set out a clear strategy to move forward. I recommend booking well in advance because you are unlikely to get an appointment sooner than 3-4 months. I highly recommend Alana Healthcare for any gynaecological or obstetric needs.
